RNA-seq analysis of multiple tissues in wild mung bean (Vigna radiata var. sublobata)
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: This study presents transcriptome profiles of multiple tissues (root, stem, leaf, flower, and pod) from Vigna radiata var. sublobata, a wild relative of cultivated mung bean. RNA sequencing was performed using Illumina platform to investigate tissue-specific gene expression patterns. The data will facilitate understanding of gene regulation in different plant organs and provide resources for comparative genomics with cultivated Vigna radiata. Experimental design: Tissues were collected from mature plants grown under controlled conditions. Three biological replicates per tissue type. Libraries were prepared using poly-A selection and sequenced in paired-end mode (2x150 bp). This submission includes raw sequencing data (FASTQ files) for all samples.
