Cohort 3: miRNA expression profiling in the whole blood of Primary Sjogren's Syndome patients

ABSTRACT: Whole blood total RNA was isolated form PaxGene tubes using the PaxGene total RNA extraction kits. miRNA expression was profiled in Primary Sjogren's Syndrome patients and controls in order to independently validate differentially expressed miRNAs between patients and controls and between patient subgroups that were identified in Cohorts 2 and 3.
