RNA-seq of Delta47 human myeloma cells expressing either the FNDC3A protein or a Mock control

ABSTRACT: Total RNAs were isolated from Delta47 human myeloma cells expressing either the FNDC3A protein or a Mock control and sequenced. The Delta47 cell line lacks FNDC3A expression, so the purpose of the experiment was to quantify the differentially-abundant mRNAs in the two cell lines.
