Calvarial doughnut lesions (CDL) with bone fragility with or without spondylometaphyseal dysplasia (MIM: #126550) is a rare autosomal dominant skeletal disorder characterized by low bone mineral density, spinal and peripheral fractures, and specific sclerotic lesions of the cranial bones.
