The organic composition of Arabica coffee beans, particularly fatty acids, significantly influences their overall quality. After measuring its composition of fatty acids, it contained a high percentage of saturated fatty acids (SFA), including caprylic, lauric, myristic, palmitic, margaric, fat, and orchid.
