Rapid transcriptional response to a dynamic morphogen by time integration

ABSTRACT: Confocal microscopy images associated with Brantley, et al., 2026, Current Biology. Live image files denote the genotype, each channel identity, and the time step in the description. Fixed image data denotes the mix of genotypes and channels. For fixed images, the number of balancer chromosomes can be identified by the Gal4 or Dpp probe in the Cy3 channel.
