International Mouse Phenotyping Consortium (IMPC) - Data Release 01.0

ABSTRACT: This is the first data release for the International Mouse Phenotyping Consortium that contains phenotype data for 294 genes. Data is provided from an FTP site with each directory containing a snapshot of the cores, databases, and reports that existed when the data release was completed. The following folders are available on the FTP site: csv – A set of special-purpose genotype-to-phenotype association reports. mysql – A MySQL dump of the IMPC database created at the time of release.
