3D qualitative attribute dataset of the Arabidopsis ovule atlas.

ABSTRACT: Final long-format Excel files (.xlsx) listing all the scored attributes of all the cells from the analyzed ovules can be downloaded for individual datasets here. The individual Excel sheets represent the WT high quality dataset, the WT additional dataset for primordia, the pWUS dataset and the ino-5 dataset.
