Exome sequencing in CLL re-treated with venetoclax

ABSTRACT: The aim of this study was to identify mutational and genetic drivers of sensitivity and resistance to venetoclax and BCR inhibitors. Sequential samples were used to track the variant allele frequencies of driver mutations and copy number alterations. These were used to infer sub-clonal architecture through sequential therapies.
