Maternal antagonism of Glp1 reverses the adverse outcomes of sleeve gastrectomy on mouse offspring

ABSTRACT: Maternal sleeve gastrectomy in lean mice leads to small-for-gestational births and higher sensitivity of offspring to a high fat diet. These effects are reduced by maternal treatment with a Glp1 antagonist.
