ABSTRACT: We aimed to elucidate the role of RIPK3 in lung adenocarcinoma by analyzing expression variations through RNA sequencing. To achieve this, we suppressed the expression of RIPK3 in the NCI-H441 lung adenocarcinoma cell line, which highly expresses this gene, using multiple siRNAs. We then subjected the cells with RIPK3 knockdown to TNFα stimulation and necroptosis-inducing stimuli. As a result, we observed changes in the expression of genes involved in chemokine expression and the production of interferons (IFNs)
