ChIP-seq of H3K27ac and H3K27me3 in the hippocampus of C57BL/6 mice after high methionine feeding for more than 8 weeks.
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: To explore whether high homocysteine status affects the enrichment of histone H3K27ac and H3K27me3 and thus affects the cognitive behavioral abilities of mice, we fed C57BL/6 mice with a high-methionine diet and a standard diet, then isolated the hippocampus for ChIP-seq studies of H3K27ac and H3K27me3. The sequencing data provided a new theoretical basis for the effects of high homocysteine on histone modification.
