ZCCHC10 promotes RBM39 degradation to suppress RBM39-mediated mis-splicing in acute myeloid leukemia
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Our previous studies have shown that CCHC-type zinc finger containing 10 (ZCCHC10) plays a tumor suppressive role in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and lung cancer by activating the tumor suppressor p53. Here we report that ZCCHC10 promotes PSME3-mediated degradation of RBM39,thereby regulating transcription and mRNA splicing.
