Persistent pneumococcal colonisation in anti-retroviral-treated HIV infection is associated with nasal inflammation
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: We have employed a single cell RNA sequencing approach to study the nasal immune and epithelial cells landscape in People Living with HIV (PLHIV) and during the course of anti-retroviral uptake. The landscape ansal immunity is crucial for early control of respiratory pathogens including bacterian and viruses.
