Longitudinal single-cell RNA sequencing of a neuroendocrine transdifferentiation model reveals transcriptional reprogramming in treatment-induced neuroendocrine prostate cancer
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: To investigate the dynamic changes of prostate cancer cells during neuroendocrine transdifferentiation (NEtD), we performed single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) on longtitudinal LTL331 PDX model derived from patient samples. Analysis of the data depicts a comprehensive cellular and molecular landscape during NEtD, which would be a valuable resource for the development of strategies to delay or prevent NEtD with the potential of identifying novel prognostic and therapeutic targets
