ABSTRACT: Spatial transcriptomic profiling was performed on mouse kidney sections using the NanoString GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiler with the Whole Transcriptome Atlas. Mice were subjected to ischemia-reperfusion injury (IRI) and treated with the SYK inhibitor Entospletinib or vehicle control.
