Short-Fiber Scaffold PGCL Stop Overgrowth for Endometrial Hyperplasia
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Endometrial hyperplasia (EH), a precursor to endometrial carcinoma, poses a major threat to women’s health. Current treatments are hindered by the poor adaptability of rigid levonorgestrel (LNG)-releasing intrauterine systems. To overcome this, By physically loading LNG into the base PGC scaffold, we constructed a drug-loaded PGCL scaffold with improved therapeutic function. To elucidate the underlying molecular mechanisms of PGCL scaffold therapy, we performed high-throughput RNA sequencing on Ishikawa cells treated with PGC and PGCL scaffolds, respectively.
