ABSTRACT: Here, functional experiments demonstrated that GPT2 significantly promotes ovarian cancer progression.RNA-seq analysis revealed that differentially expressed genes downstream of GPT2 are significantly enriched in the TNF signaling pathway, which was validated by Western blot.In summary, our data provide new molecular insights into ovarian cancer.
