Effect of brain-derived EV from PS19 and PS19_P2rx7 knockout mice on gene expression in microglia from WT mice

ABSTRACT: P2rx7 is an ATP-gated ion-channel, known to play pivotal roles in neuroinflammation and tauopathies, although its mechanisms are yet to be elucidated. In this study we investigated the effect of intracranial injection of brain-derived EVs (BDEVs) from P2rx7 deficient tauopathy mouse in microglia transcriptomics. This dataset is part of BioProject PRJNA1281629, which includes bulk and single-cell RNAseq experiments.
