Analysis of gene expression after RNAi (siPool)-mediated knockdown of TEDAR (LINC00302) lncRNA in primary human keratinocytes
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) are emerging as key regulators of epidermal differentiation. To investigate the function of the skin-enriched lncRNA TEDAR (LINC00302), we performed RNAi (siPool)-mediated knockdown in 3D organotypic skin models and analyzed changes in gene expression using the GeneChip™ Human Transcriptome Array 2.0 microarray platform. Differential expression analysis demosntrated that TEDAR regulated genes involved in late epidermal differentiation and barrier formation.
