ABSTRACT: This dataset profiles transcriptional responses to genetic perturbations in primary bone marrow–derived macrophages (BMDMs) stimulated with lipopolysaccharide (LPS). Using a pooled CRISPR library targeting 1,030 genes (with ~4 sgRNAs per gene), we applied Perturb-seq to capture single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) profiles at 9 hours post-LPS stimulation.
