CircRNA Interference Profiling in Tumor Cells.
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: This study investigates the global transcriptomic changes induced by circular RNA (circRNA) knockdown in tumor cells. Cells were transfected with circRNA-specific siRNAs or a non-targeting control. RNA was extracted and analyzed. We identified significantly differentially expressed genes, including known targets and pathways associated with the circRNA. Bioinformatic analysis revealed significant enrichment of genes involved in cell proliferation, metastasis, and cancer-related signaling pathways. This dataset delineates the core transcriptional alterations resulting from circRNA depletion and provides a resource for research into circRNA function in oncogenesis.
