Image Tracing of Inflammatory Intestinal Organoids via Computational Clearing

ABSTRACT: Gene expression of dextran sulfate sodium (DSS)-treated mouse intestinal organoids (mIOs) was examined by RNA-seq to characterize the inflammatory response. Gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA) revealed the upregulation of inflammatory pathways, including TNF-α signaling via NF-κB and IL-6/JAK/STAT3 signaling, alongside the downregulation of stem cell maintenance and proliferation pathways, including WNT/β-catenin signaling and PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling.
