A regulatory TRIF/IL-1R1 axis controls T-dependent IgA production in the intestines
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: This study investigates the innate signals that constrain intestinal IgA induction. Using single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq), we profiled the Peyer's patch immune landscape in wild-type, Trif-/-, and Il1r1-/- mice. Our analysis reveals that TRIF and IL-1R1 act as molecular "brakes" on mucosal humoral immunity. The dataset provides a high-resolution map of how TRIF and IL-1R1 modulate the B cell microenvironment and intrinsic differentiation pathways to limit mucosal IgA responses.
