ABSTRACT: Urban particulate matter (UPM) triggers neuroinflammation through microglial activation, contributing to the progression of neurodegenerative diseases; however, effective therapeutic interventions remain limited. In this study, we investigated the inhibitory effects of trazodone (TZ), a clinically approved antidepressant, on UPM-induced neuroinflammation using transcriptomic analyses.
