IL-1β+ Macrophages Promote CD Intestinal Mucosal Barrier Injury by Inducing Ferroptosis in Intestinal Epithelial Cells
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: This RNA-seq dataset was generated to investigate transcriptomic changes in human intestinal epithelial cells co-cultured with IL-1β-low or IL-1β-high THP-1-derived macrophages. FHC and NCM460 cells were co-cultured with IL-1β⁻ Mac or IL-1β⁺ Mac, followed by RNA sequencing to identify gene expression changes associated with epithelial injury, oxidative stress, lipid peroxidation, and ferroptosis-related pathways.
