Genome instability induced by Cyclin E overexpression and ionizing radiation in WT and RECQL4-deficient U2OS cells

ABSTRACT: RECQL4 is a RecQ helicase implicated in DNA replication and genome maintenance. To investigate the effects of RECQL4 deficiency on genome instability induced by replication stress, genome-wide copy number alterations were analyzed using the Affymetrix CytoScan HD Array in WT and RECQL4-deficient U2OS cells with or without Cyclin E overexpression and/or ionizing radiation. Genome-wide copy number alterations were analyzed using the Affymetrix CytoScan HD Array. Raw CEL files are provided together with processed CYCHP files generated using Chromosome Analysis Suite (ChAS) version 4.5.
