Proteomic profiling of lung cancer tissues and paired adjacent normal tissues
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Lung cancer is one of the leading causes of cancer-related deaths worldwide. To identify potential diagnostic biomarkers and therapeutic targets, we performed label-free quantitative proteomic analysis on human lung adenocarcinoma tissues and paired adjacent normal tissues. A total of 6 tumor-normal pairs were analyzed by LC-MS/MS. Differentially expressed proteins were identified and subjected to bioinformatics analysis to explore the underlying molecular mechanisms.
