ABSTRACT: For metabolome analysis, major metabolic intermediates were analyzed with technical support from Applied Protein Technology Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China) 17. Briefly, eight treated and untreated cell samples stored in liquid nitrogen were processed and separated by ultrahigh-performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) (1290 Infinity LC system; Agilent Technologies), followed by detection with a Triple Quad 6600 mass spectrometer (QTRAP/MS; AB SCIEX, Framingham, MA, USA).Energy metabolism-related metabolites were identified using Multiquant software.
