Untargeted LC-MS/MS metabolomics of ovary, oviduct fluid, and serum from dogs supplemented with folic acid

ABSTRACT: This dataset contains untargeted metabolomic profiles of canine ovary, oviduct fluid, and serum samples collected from control and folic acid (FA)-supplemented groups. LC-MS/MS metabolomics was performed in both positive and negative ionization modes to characterize metabolic alterations associated with folic acid supplementation and to investigate systemic and reproductive-tract metabolic responses. Raw mass spectrometry data, including biological samples, pooled quality-control samples, and blank samples where applicable, are provided to support data reproducibility and downstream metabolomic analyses.
