To identify MEX3C targeted genes in HCC, we performed RNA immunoprecipitation and high-throughput sequencing (RIP-SEQ) in MEX3C-Flag overexpressing MHCC97H cells. RNA immunoprecipitation and high-throughput sequencing (RI-SEQ) were performed on MHCC97H cells overexpressing MEX3C-Flag.
