Purpose: To explore factors associated with response and resistance to anti-PD-1 therapy, we analyzed multiple disease sites at autopsy in a patient with widely metastatic melanoma who had a heterogeneous response.Materials and Methods: Twenty-six melanoma specimens (four pre-mortem, 22 post-morte...
To elucidate which secreted factors in tumor tissues (TTs) are responsible for the upregulation of UBE4A as the tumor progresses, we inoculated tumors in mice and analyzed the 2- and 4-week TT fluid by mass spectrometry (MS). By combining molecular weight cut off(MWCO) and the identification of secr...

To identify which E3 ligases ubiquitinate PD-L1, we overexpressed PD-L1-Flag in HEK293 cells and used anti-Flag magnetic beads to pull down PD-L1 from cell lysates. The interacting proteins were then analyzed by mass spectrometry, revealing that three E3 ligases interact with PD-L1.
