Proteomic analysis of nascent proteins in proximity to DFCP1 using SILAC labeling and APEX2-mediated biotin-streptavidin affinity purification.
This study employs a spatial proteomics approach combining APEX2 proximity labeling with SILAC (Stable Isotope Labeling by Amino acids in Cell culture) to map the nascent proteome in the vicinity of DFCP1.
