RNA-seq of MV4 11 cells treated with Methyl Bestatin or Brefeldin A
We report the application of RNA-seq for profiling gene transcription upon treatment of methyl bestatin (MeBs, aminopeptidase inhibitor) or brefeldin A (BFA, ER-to-Golgi transport inhibitor), compared to DMSO control. We found MeBs and BFA similarly upregulated genes pertinent to proteotoxic stress.

In this study, M. alba cell suspension culture established after young stems were treated with elicitors methyl-beta-cyclodextrin combined with methyl jasmonate at 50mM and 0.1mM concentration, respectively. Elicited and control cell cultures were sampled at 0, 6, 12, 24, 48 and 72 hours and used fo...

We have used RIp-chip to identify mRNAs that coprecipitae with specific proteins, and later used the protein RNA interactions to predict protein-protein associations. To test whether some of the interactions we see require intact polysomes (that is, ribosomes translating mRNAs) we treated the extra...

Preliminary research conducted by the team has identified that potassium and magnesium may influence the quality of Tibetan lamb meat, although the underlying mechanisms remain unclear. This study aims to examine the impact of dietary supplementation with magnesium potassium sulfate (PMS) on the ...

Ribonucleoprotein immunoprecipitation microarray (RIp-chip) study using various myosin proteins and myosin-specific chaperones from the fission Schizosaccaromyces pombe
ORGANISM(S): Schizosaccharomyces pombe
In order to assess the prevalence of cotranslational assembly of protein complexes we performed RIp-chip experiments with many proteins that do not conatin RNA-binding motifs
