Methods to Study PAMP-Triggered Immunity in Brassica Species
The aim of this study was to investigate plasma-induced bacterial PAMP release and their combination with direct gas plasma exposure in skin cancer cells in vitro. Supernatants of plasma-treated (pPAMP) and heat-inactivated (hPAMP) bacteria were analyzed using LC-MS/MS.

We report flg22 regulate the accumulation of AGO1-bound small RNA in arabidopsis. We find that a number of miRNAs are up- or down-regulated by flg22, a well-studied PAMP. Examination of AGO1-bound small RNAs with or without flg22 treatment.

PAMP (Pathogen-Associated Molecular Pattern) recognition plays an important role in innate immune responses both in plants and animals. Lipopolysaccharides (LPS) of gram-negative bacteria are a typical PAMP molecule and have been reported to induce defense-related responses such as suppression of hy...

Genes encoding the virulence-promoting type III secretion system (T3SS) in phytopathogenic bacteria are induced at the start of infection, indicating that recognition of signals from the host plant initiates this response. However, the precise nature of these signals and whether their concentrations...
