Tumor escape mechanisms for immunotherapy include deficiencies in antigen presentation, diminishing adaptive CD8+ T cell antitumor activity. Although innate NK cells are triggered by loss of MHC class I, their response is often inadequate. To increase tumor susceptibility to both innate and adaptive...

Function of RNF31 in the Triple Negative Breast Cancer
Genome wide expression change by RNF31 knocking down in MCF-7 cells
RNF31 is atypical E3 ligase, which is highly expressed in human breast cancers. In order to understand the effect of RNF31 depletion effect in breast cancers, we knocked down the expression of RNF31 in MCF-7 cells. We aim to find the significantly changed pathways and cell biology behavior.

RNF31 inhibition sensitizes tumors to bystander killing by innate and adaptive immune cells
We aim to the investigate the role of RNF31 in breast cancer progression. MCF-7 cells were used as the model and RNF31 was silenced by siRNA.
