We detect the small RNAs subcellular distribution in breast cancer cell lines MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231, and normal cell line MCF-10A. Each cell line, we detected the nuclear and cytoplasmic small RNAs expression intensity; and then we could get the nuclear-cytoplasmic-ratio.

Circular RNA profiling reveals the different distribution/characteristic and possible transport mechanism among the subcellular fractions
Subcellular RNA fractions of primary human fibroblasts infected with the HSV-1 delta-ICP27 mutant
Subcellular RNA fractions of HSV-1 infected primary human fibroblasts including infection with delta-Vhs mutant
Primary human foreskin fibroblasts (HFF) were infected with wild-type simplex virus 1 (HSV-1) strain 17 at a multiplicity of infection (MOI) of 10. Subcellular RNA fractions including total RNA, cytoplasmic RNA, nucleoplasmic RNA and chromatin-associated RNA were prepared and subjected to RNA-seq

Subcellular proteomics analysis of human T-cells in response to T-cell receptor stimulation. High Resolution Isoelectric Focusing (HiRIEF) LC-MS/MS and relative quantification by TMT 10-plex was used to analyze subcellular fractions (Cytosol, Nuclear and Mitochondria-Small Organelle-Membrane) of Hum...

We analyzed orbitofrontal cortex post-mortem brain tissue from patients. We generated an organellar proteome map from different subcellular fractions such as mitochondria (MIT), crude nuclear fraction (NUC) and cytoplasm (CYT) with the aim to monitor the subproteome changes using iTRAQ labelling for...

We analyzed OFC post-mortem brain tissue from patients classified as residual schizophrenia according to the DMS-IV manual. In this classification, the patients do not manifest prominent positive psychotic symptoms but prevail characteristic disturbance of negative symptoms. Through the comparison o...

We used shotgun proteomics to analyze three subcellular fractions isolated from mesenchymal stem cells and from differentiated adipocytes and myocytes: nuclear envelopes (NEs), cytoplasmic membranes and nuclear contents. The proteomics data were analyzed by a NSAF-based scoring system to calculate...

We systemically investigated the circRNA profiles among the subcellular fractions of HepG2 cell, including nucleus, cytoplasm, mitochondria, ribosome, cytosol and exosome. Our studies reveals the wide distribution of circRNAs among the subcellular fractions except the mitochondria. Further comparati...
