ABSTRACT: In this study, we demonstrate the consequences of Fe overdosing (achieved by iron(III) ammonium citrate (FAC)) or/and GSH depletion (achieved by the GSH binding molecule diethyl maleate (DEM)) in Caenorhabditis elegans (C. elegans) on Fe homeostasis.
