Genome-wide profiling of gamma-ray-responsive transcriptomes from Arabidopsis thaliana ecotype Col-0

ABSTRACT: To analyze the genes of which their expressions are modulated by gamma irradiation, we performed the whole genome expression microarray profiling by comparing normal whole seedlings of Arabidopsis thaliana as control with those of gamma irradiated as test sample.
