Efficiency of Influenza virus infection in mouse is reliant on NS1-dependent antagonism of a hosts immune system
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: The chracterization of interactions between a virus and its live host provide clues as to how these pathogens spread within a population. The identification of changes in the expression of select gene networks at a cellular level will enable the the determination of how a host response to infection. Such changes may indicate stratagies of viral-induced antagonism on host immune processes in select cell types.
