Transcriptomic profiling of liver and skeletal muscle from high-fat diet-fed intestine-specific Faf2 knockout mice
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: This study investigated transcriptomic changes associated with intestine-specific Faf2 deficiency in male mice fed a high-fat diet (HFD). RNA sequencing was performed on liver and gastrocnemius skeletal muscle collected from intestine-specific Faf2 knockout (Faf2-IKO) mice and littermate controls. The dataset was generated to characterize transcriptional alterations in peripheral metabolic tissues associated with intestinal Faf2 deficiency under HFD conditions.
