Proteomic profiling of intermittent parathyroid hormone-preconditioned BMSC-derived exosomes
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: This project investigates the proteomic alterations induced by intermittent parathyroid hormone preconditioning in exosomes derived from rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells. Exosomes were collected from untreated BMSCs (EXO), BMSCs subjected to continuous PTH stimulation (cEXO), and BMSCs subjected to intermittent PTH stimulation (iEXO). Three biological replicates per group were analyzed using label-free data-independent acquisition LC-MS/MS. Comparative proteomic analysis was performed to characterize the molecular signatures associated with intermittent PTH preconditioning and their potential roles in osteogenesis and bone regeneration.
