Project description:Comparison of gene expression between wild type Arabidopsis ecotype Col-0 plants and transgenic Arabidopsis ecotype col-0 plants expressing AtMYB23SRDX. Keywords: other
Project description:Comparative transcriptomic analysis of Arabidopsis thaliana yda11 plants (in Col-0 background), and wild-type plants (Col-0) non-infected or infected with the necrotrophic fungal pathogen Plectosphaerella cucumerina BMM (PcBMM)
Project description:Transcriptional profiling of 60h-old Arabidopsis whole seedlings comparing control Col-0 wild-type plants with pifQ mutant plants The expression profile of dark-grown pifQ mutant shows similar pattern of Rc-grown Col-0 wild-type Keywords: Genetic modification
Project description:To investigate the deposition of HTR5 in Arabidopsis, we analysed genome-wide HTR5 density in the wild-type Col-0 by ChIP-seq. We then performed HTR5 occupancy analysis using data obtained from ChIP-seq of 3 different plants including HA-HTR5/Col-0 and Col-0. Col-0 acted as negative control.
Project description:Analysis of transcriptional profiling of Arabidopsis Col-0 leaves from wild-type and plants with incresed levels of AtOXR2 (oeOXR2 plants)
Project description:Using RNA-Seq to analyse the gene expression pattern induced by ABA and two artificial analogs in wild type (Col-0) Arabidopsis plants
Project description:Analysis of changes in global transcript abundance profiles of 2 week old tim23 OE (overexpressor) and tim23 KO (knock-out) mutant Arabidopsis plants complared to wild-type (Col-0) using Affymetrix GeneChipル Arabidopsis ATH1 Genome Arrays.
Project description:The aim of this study was to perform a transcriptional characterization of the Arabidopsis eds4 mutant. To this end two separate experiments were performed: Experiment 1: comparison of the transcriptional profile (RNA-seq) of eds4 Arabidopsis mutants in contrast to wild type Col-0 accession grown under continuous light conditions. Experiment 2: Analysis of the distribution of transcripts (RNA-seq) between nucleus and cytoplasm in the eds4 Arabidopsis mutants in comparison to wild type Col-0 plants grown under continuous light conditions.
Project description:This project aims at identifying the binding partners of the Arabidopsis thaliana MRF7 protein and of its truncated form ΔMRF7, which lacks a potential protein binding domain DUF593 at the N-terminus. A.thaliana plants stably overexpressing GFP-MRF7 and GFP-ΔMRF7 were generated by floral dipping of Col-0 plants. Co-immunoprecipitation was carried out using the GFP-Trap®_A beads technology (Chromotek) and samples thus obtained were analysed through Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry
Project description:Analysis of transcriptional profiling of Arabidopsis Col-0 leaves from wild-type and plants transformed with artificial microRNA to reduced expression of AtCOX19-1 and AtCOX19-2
