Transient overexpress RBIS and control plasmid in H293T cells and collect cells after 48 hours, then performed IP assays using anti-Flag beads subjected samples to LC-MSMS to screen proteins interacting with RBIS.
This project contains the raw MS data that identified PDZD8 as a substrate of AMPK on the MAM of ER-mitochondria contact. They also revealed that site T527 is an AMPK-phosphorylation site.
