We performed Immuno precipitation using antibodies against Nematostella vectensis Argonauts proteins (i.e AGO1 and AGO2). Samples of the IP were analyzed by LC-MSMS in order to idetify the argonautes and prove antibodies specifity.

Nematostella vectensis is a venomous organism with a complex life cycle. We harness different approaches to study venom composition dynamics along its life cycle. Our methods include but not limited to transcriptomica and proteomics. Here we perform semi quantitative analysis of Nematostella proteom...

Nematostella vectensis is a venomous organism with a complex life cycle. This dataset is to complement the dataset PXD008218 where proteoms of several Nematostella life stages (unfertilised eggs, planulae, primary polyp, adult male and female) were analyzed to compare toxins abbunances. Here we re-r...

This study investigates immune-related proteins in the sea anemone Nematostella vectensis using immunoprecipitation followed by label-free quantitative proteomics. Specific antibodies against the immune-related protein RLRb were used to enrich interacting proteins. The proteomic profiles of specific...

Here, we dissect the function of GW182 protein in the cnidarian Nematostella, separated by 600 million years from other Metazoa. Using cultured human cells, we show that Nematostella GW182 recruits the CCR4-NOT deadenylation complexes via its tryptophan-containing motifs, thereby inhibiting translat...
