TurboID-mMSRA stably expressed cells were analyzed to validate whether MSRA can interact with MSRA. To address this, we utilize the MSRA/TurboID ratio at both global and enriched levels, incorporating protein group intensity as well as spectral count.

In this set of proof of principle experiments we compare the proximity interactomes obtained for two C. elegans centrosomal proteins, SPD-5 and PLK-1, by direct TurboID and indirect, GFP nanobody-targeted, TurboID in a range of different tissues, embryos, germ cell precursors and ciliated neurons.

Raw mass spectrometry data (.d raw data from Bruker) supporting the study: "A conserved ER protein prevents lipotoxicity by stimulating the key enzyme in glycerolipid synthesis". This dataset contains LC-MS/MS raw files from a proximity labeling experiment (TurboID) designed to identify interacting ...

Nicotiana benthamiana plants were infiltrated with three different constructs: 1) N-TurboID-3HA 2) NTIR-TurboID-3HA or 3) Citrine-TurboID-3HA. N-TurboID is the full length N-gene fused to TurboID, NTIR-Turbo is the TIR domain of the N-gene fused to turboID, and Citrine-TurboID is the control constru...

Oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) is a prevalent type of head and neck cancer, accounting for more than 90% of all oral malignancies worldwide. The identification of diagnostic and prognostic markers for OSCC is crucial for improving patient outcomes, as early detection and treatment are critical ...

PML nuclear body (PML NB) recruits different client proteins under different cell context. We used TurboID proximity labeling (PL) method followed by MS to determine the composition of PML NBs in mESCs, differentiated cells, and NaAsO2-treated mESCs.

Proximity labeling provides a powerful in vivo tool to characterize the proteome of subcellular structures and the interactome of specific proteins. Using the highly active biotin ligase TurboID, we optimize a proximity labeling protocol for C. elegans. We use this protocol to characterise the prote...

Proximity labeling (PL) was recently developed to detect protein–protein interactions (PPIs) and members of subcellular multiprotein structures in living cells. Proximity labeling is conducted by fusing an engineered enzyme with catalytic activity, such as biotin ligase, to a protein of interest (ba...

Biotin identification (BioID) is a proximity-dependent labeling technique to study protein-protein co-localization in vivo. Although BioID has been applied in animal cells, plants and yeast, the method remained to be established in filamentous fungi. In this study, we established BioID for the filam...
