Reduced nigrostriatal uptake on N-(3-fluoropropyl)-2β-carbomethoxy-3β-(4-[<sup>123</sup>I]iodophenyl) nortropane (<sup>123</sup>I-FP-CIT) SPECT reflects dopamine dysfunction, while other imaging markers could be complementary when used together.
