Differences in the composition of surface proteins in response to YIPF5 depletion or mutation

ABSTRACT: Surfaceome analysis was performed on MCF10A cells under various conditions, including wild-type (wt), YIPF5-depleted, YIPF5-mutated, and cells with re-expression of wild-type YIPF5. The primary objective was to discern differences in the composition of surface proteins in response to YIPF5 depletion or mutation. Additionally, a comprehensive whole proteome analysis was carried out to provide a comprehensive overview of the proteomic landscape in the analyzed cells.

Project description:We profiled Myc binding in a normal breast cell-line (MCF10A) under basal conditions after ectopic expression of Myc. We showed that ectopic Myc expression increases tumour formation in vivo and in vitro. We then profiled genome-wide Myc binding using Agilent promoter arrays in MCF10A cells expressing wild-type and ectopic Myc. We show that Myc binds to a greater number of spots in wild-type than in Myc cells, but that some targets are unique to each condition. Keywords: ChIP-chip

Project description:In this study, we provide a global overview of genome-wide OsHOX24 binding sites in rice under control and desiccation stress conditions in wild-type and OsHOx24 overexpressing rice plants (H49 line) via chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing (ChIP-sequencing) approach. We identified numerous downstream targets of OsHOX24 under desiccation stress and control by analyzing the comprehensive binding site map of OsHOX24 at whole genome level in rice.
