Gene expression profiling of IRBIT mutant flies
In order to understand the biological role of Drosophila IRBIT, we generated null mutant fruitflies. We performed Illumina platform-based RNA-Seq analysis to investigate transcriptional consequences of the mutation using fly midguts as well as whole animals.
