PrimPol-phosphoproteomics by IP-GeLC-MS/MS
Myc-tagged PrimPol expressed in HEK-293T cells was immunoprecipitated and separated by SDS-PAGE. Protein bands were excised and subjected to in-gel tryptic digestion and phosphopeptide enrichment by Fe-IMAC.
